Program/Brief
Design and development of a 3.1-hectare site in Bhopal as an IT Park for approximately 4,200 employees, bringing together small, medium, and large-scale technology companies within one shared campus.
The proposal moves away from the isolated office-block model, imagining the workplace as an urban campus where built form, landscape, movement, recreation, and informal interaction operate together.

Project Overview
The IT Park is conceived as a new workplace landscape for Bhopal — a campus that marks the city’s transition toward a growing information-technology economy while resisting the monotony of conventional office development.
Rather than imposing a standardised corporate grid, the project works with the existing contours of the site. Buildings, open spaces, pedestrian routes, and recreational zones are arranged through the terrain, creating a campus where work and pause, movement and gathering, formal offices and informal exchange become part of one spatial system.
This is strong enough to use. Then the next section, Campus Spine, can continue from this by explaining the first sketch idea and how the central movement axis organises the campus.

The animated sequence explains how the campus is assembled as a stepped sectional system rather than a single imposed mass. Each level is placed in response to the existing topography, allowing the built form to settle into the slope while preserving open ground, landscape pockets, and pedestrian continuity.
As the volume rises, flexible office blocks are arranged and rearranged across the terrain. The setbacks generated through this stacking logic become terraces, bringing light, outdoor spill-out spaces, and a gradual dialogue between building and landscape.
